Knowing Me, Knowing You

Know my personality strengths and learn to have healthy and happy relationship with others

The Children's Profile - Learning More About Me,
About You
This profile is excellent tool for teaching children ages 7-12 about personality and how to get along well with others. This easy to understand profile instrument incorporates circus characters into the DISC system: D is the Ringmaster, I is the Clown, S is the Animal Trainer and C is the Trapeze Artist. The profile serves as a tool to enhance communication between child and family, friends, and teachers. It will identify one's primary personality preference. A story about the characters illustrates how people with different personality types have been renamed and are illustrated by the use of circus performers. Through the use of an interactive story, the child is encouraged to identily people in his or her own life that may match one of the personality types. Further explanation of each type is given after the with others, as will as suggestions for growth. Lifeskills Enrichment's Certified Behavioural Consultant will conduct a 2.5-hours workshop using the workbook to improve self-awareness, build self-esteem, and enhance communication and relationship in the class- room, CCA and working together.
