Winning the right and respect to lead requires the student leader to acquire good character-based leadership qualities and an excellent attitude that others will easily recognize and follow. This programme seeks to equip leaders with the skills to be effective in leading people. It will also help students increase their influence, build confidence and win people's trust - earning the rights to be heard. By learning essential qualities and equipped with powerful lifeskills, it will put them in a leading edge in any committee or group.

Servant Leadership

A workshop to inculcate excellence attitude through quality services

This Servant Leadership Training is designed to help students improve their attitude to leadership through service. The student leaders would benefit by learning servant leadership model that would propel them to greater heights in their per- sonal and professional success in school. Student Leaders will understand importance of excellence in attitude and services, know the servant attitude to work and service and its impact on people, learn how to apply servitude, and develop servant leadership to be a leader today, and leader for life to reach the pinnacle of leadership.

All our programmes combine personal discovery tools, experiential learning, group activities and peer learning for maximum effective learning and lasting impact. The learning environment is expected to be highly experiential, fun and engaging.

Post-training
report & email
follow-up services

A post-training report will be submitted to the school for any necessary follow-up. The report will provide useful obs- ervation, feedback and suggestions from trainers and students for improvement. We provide customized email services for student leaders to consult trainers on leadership issues and problems faced.
