At Lifeskills Enrichment, we believe that the heart of education is the education of the heart. We aim to touch the lives of your students, and hope to partner you to mould their future. Since 1996, we have been partnering educators and teachers from over 95 institutions of learning and trained over 105,000 people in Singapore through our total leadership development series, total lifeskills development workshops, total learning, total character development and career development workshops.

In our programmes, we have successfully integrated established instruments from United States and Australia, and locally developed instruments such as DISC, Full Range Leadership Development model, self-efficacy (Albert Bandura), Self-directed Search, Big Five, Emotional Intelligence (Goldstein), and many others into our training approach and programme. This helps your students to gain greater self-awareness to better manage and regulate themselves to grow mental, social-emotional and physical needs.

We have extended our research capabilities into Singapore youths with more than ten thousand youth profiles completed since 2005. These current and useful research findings form the basis of our training programme and approaches, and would help teachers and parents understand and tailor their relational, teaching and counselling approach to their students.
