Purchase & Delivery FAQs


Q1: What happens after I place an online order for LifeskillsProducts items.
 
A1: You will receive an email from us, providing you with itemized costs, shipping options/costs, applicated taxes, approximate delivery times and details for payment (Current payment options: Singapore Bank cheques and direct bank transfers).
 
Q2: Can I order via Telephone?
 
A2. Certainly. Please call us on +65 6344 2406 between 9am and 5pm (UTC/GMT +8 Hrs), Mondays to Fridays (except public holidays).
 
Q3: Can amend my order?
 
A3: Yes, as long as you inform us of the amended order via email or telephone before your order has been processed and packed for dispatch. You will receive confirmation that your request for amendment has been received and accepted.
 
Q4: How does Lifeskills Enrichment inform me when my order has been dispatched for delivery?
 
A4: We will notify you that your order has been dispatched,via the email you provided. For overseas orders (i.e. from outside Singapore), the email will contain your airway bill number, which can be used to track the delivery status.
 
Q5: What should I do if my order does not arrive after the expected delivery period or arrive incomplete/damaged?
 
A5: Please notify us regarding the specific issue(s) as soon as possible, at +65 6344 2406 or products@lifeskills-enrichment.com.sg. We will look into the issue and expedite an effective resolution.
