1. Multifactor Leadership Questionnaire (MLQ)

The MLQ offers a full range of assessment of leadership characteristics and measures a broad range of leadership types from passive leaders to leaders who give contingent rewards to followers, and to leaders who transform their followers into becoming leaders themselves. This powerful tool has become the benchmark measure of Transformational Leadership (Bernard M. Bass and Bruce J. 2. Leadership Practices Inventory (LPI)

The LPI is the best-selling, evidence-based leadership development tool backed by over 25 years of original research and data from more than three million leaders worldwide. Developed by bestselling authors James M. Kouzes and Barry Z. Posner, this premier leadership assessment instrument approaches leadership as a measurable, learnable and teachable set of behaviours. This 360-degree leadership assessment tool helps individuals and organisations measure their leadership competencies, while guiding them through the process of applying Kouzes and Posner’s acclaimed Five Practices of Exemplary Leadership Model to real-life organisational challenges.

3. IML DISC Insights Personality System

The DISC Insights Personality System is designed for use in team building, career planning, recruitment, conflict resolutions, personal, family and marriage counselling and executive coaching. This evidence-based system provides one with reliable behavioural tools to promote personal, interpersonal and team development. Four behavioural styles are measured by this tool: D (Dominance) : Measures how a person solves problems and respond to challenges. I (Influence) : Measures how a person attempts to influence or persuade others. S (Steadiness) : Measures the pace at which a person undertakes activities and responsibilities. C (Compliance) : Measures how a person responds to the rules and regulations set by others.

4. PeopleKeys

PeopleKeys is a validated tool which enables effective recruitment, employee development and talent retention. It is a validated assessment device designed for understanding the strengths and weaknesses of potential hires based on personality traits, as part of an employment screening process. PeopleKeys can assist you to place the correct person in the right position from the beginning and aid staff retention by giving you practical insights concerning the internal motivators that drive your employees.

5. MERIT Profile

The MERIT Profile is a character and behavioural assessment tool to optimize your hiring and employee development efforts. It can be applied as a company-wide instrument or through a custom performance index for individual positions. The MERIT Profile provides a view into ten character competencies that are grouped as the attitudes, beliefs and commitments of the person completing this assessment. The ten character competencies are built around Future Achievement’s proprietary MAXIMIZERS principles.
