What it Takes to Become a Certified Behavioural & Career Consultant
To ensure high standard and that our graduates are adept in demonstrating the skills and knowledge required in the Personality Profiling SystemTM, LearningKeysTM and the CareerKeysTM System, participants will be required to:
- Attend a 3-day training by our Master Accreditation Trainer
- Pass two Proficiency Exams
- Attend a 2-hour post-training coaching session with our Master Accreditation Trainer to further hone your profile interpretation skills in consulting and training
- Score and interpret 10 + 3 live cases and submit an assignment report of the cases
