What it Takes to Become a Certified Behavioural & Career Consultant

To ensure high standard and that our graduates are adept in demonstrating the skills and knowledge required in the Personality Profiling System^TM, LearningKeysTM and the CareerKeysTM System, participants will be required to:

• Attend a 3-day training by our Master Accreditation Trainer
• Pass two Proficiency Exams
• Attend a 2-hour post-training coaching session with our Master Accreditation Trainer to further hone your profile interpretation skills in consulting and training
• Score and interpret 10 + 3 live cases and submit an assignment report of the cases
