Purpose & Objectives:

The primary objective of the programme is to equip managers, educators, parents and leaders to be able to teach, model and nurture character qualities, ethical decision making and respect in those they are responsible for. This programme covers a series of character development lessons that aim first to increase leaders' awareness and understanding of the value of character for successful living, in order to be able to cultivate the same values in those under their authority.
