Established in 1996, as an educational and training consultancy committed to the goals of touching and enriching individuals in organizations and communities today, for them to develop and maintain balanced, productive and fulfilling lives tomorrow. 

 

Lifeskills Enrichment was founded on the principle to touch and transform lives through teaching time-honoured truths. We believe that truths are transferable and knowing the truth and practicing them will help transform the individuals to enjoy a balanced, meaningful and productive future.

 

More than 110,000 people have benefited though the certification, training and coaching services in our five core curriculum covering leadership, life skills, learning, living values and life charting in over 100 institutions of learning.

 

Our main influence covers four main people groups, can be classified into four Cs', Classroom, Corporate, Community, and Countries.

 

Classroom

Lifeskills Enrichment was birthed in 1996 with the concern for youths of our generation. Our main customers have been and still are institutions of learning from primary, secondary and tertiary education where we have trained director, principals, departmental heads, teachers and students. We continue to innovate and customize our approach and programmes as schools evolve and adapt to the knowledge-based environment in a web-wide-world to train our youths to be global citizens.

 

Corporate

Since 2003, our influence has increased to corporations including banks, telecommunication, manufacturing, legal, training and consultancy, and tertiary institutions. We are customizing new proprietary and train the trainer programmes to train professionals for globalization.

 

Community

In 2004, we reached out to communities by training counselors and social workers and partnering with family services centres and social organizations. We placed utmost priority to channel resources to train and help individuals improve and adapt to a globalised world with the aim towards community transformation.   

 

Countries

As global citizens, we begin to consult and train individuals and organizations in Brunei, Malaysia, Indonesia and China in 2005. We collaborated with partners to establish training and distribution centres in Brunei and Malaysia in 2006, which will continue more vigorously in the years ahead.

Contemporary Research & Development

We invest in and develop proprietary research with more than ten thousand samples on personality profiling, learning styles, cognitive thinking styles, leadership styles which are incorporated into our training design and programme and are provided to our clients to better understand their people. We are partnering our clients to develop training needs analysis and joint research to better understand the needs of their people before and after training.

Master Training and Certification Centre

APPOINTED MASTER TRAINING & CERTIFICATION CENTRE FOR ASIA

Lifeskills Enrichment, in recognition by The Institute for Motivational Living, Inc (USA) and PeopleKeys®, Inc (USA) was appointed as the Master Training and Certification Centre for the whole of Asia. The Institute for Motivational Living, Inc. is the largest distributor of DISC related instruments in the world. We are one of the largest distributor and consumer in Asia with representatives in Malaysia, Brunei and China. We are progressing to work with educational and training institutions to set up Lifeskills Centres throughout Asia and to incorporate our proprietary programmes, instruments, methodology and approach into their teaching curriculum and professional certificate programmes. We have certified and trained over 300 consultants on our Professional Certification in Behavioural and Career Consultants programme. We have also licensed educational institutions to incorporate DISC instrument into the teaching of Lifeskills curriculum and Leadership programmes.

Consultancy Services and Research with Educational Institutes

We have worked with educational institutions to set up lifeskills and leadership programmes within their curriculum in secondary schools, institutes and polytechnics. We believe in training and empowering educators and teachers through our Train-the-Trainer programmes with our proprietary programmes, methodology, approaches, and contents, to train and develop their own students. We have also licensed teachers to train using our proprietary programmes which has been developed and tested in local norms to make them highly affordable to students.

Expansive Lifeskills Programmes

We have more than 50 leadership, lifeskills, learning and life charting programmes which has been tested and used extensively to train educators, teachers and youths in Singapore. We are continuously innovating, creating and improving our programmes to meet the changes, needs and concerns of our generation. We have licensed such programmes to our partners in Brunei and Malaysia.
